The sections above describe the konima.it website. This section applies specifically to KoNiMa Claude Sync, a commercial Visual Studio Code extension offered by KoNiMa S.r.l. (registered office: Via Ornavasso 5A, 10145 Torino (TO), Italy — privacy@konima.it), which acts as data controller for the processing described here.

Data we process — only through our licence service:

• Licence and trial requests: company name, first and last name, email address and any notes you provide. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Trial abuse prevention: a salted, irreversible hash of your device identifier; the raw identifier never leaves your computer. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of free trials (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Licence validation: your licence key and validation metadata, exchanged with our licence service to verify your entitlement.

What we never receive: your Claude Code configuration, project memories, plugin and MCP inventory, and repository contents are synchronised exclusively through your own git repository and never reach KoNiMa's servers. The extension contains no telemetry or analytics.

Retention: licence and trial records are kept until the licence is revoked plus 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to privacy@konima.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
